Nutritional Analysis

Sometimes peoples pain and symptoms are not purely structural in nature. Sometimes there is a level of inflammation that must be addresses for pain and symptoms to resolve. Many people do not know what nutritional supplements they should be taking, so they don’t take any; others over-purchase in hopes that they will be getting what their bodies need. Dr. Sutton’s vast knowledge in nutrition, and its role in human biochemistry and physiology, helps her patients learn what they need to be taking, while avoiding those that are not helping them. Dr. Sutton has studied extensively on how best to use nutrition to suite her patients personal needs, and to decrease pain, inflammation, and symptoms.

No single diet is right for all people. Dr. Sutton has extensive expertise tailoring complex dietary, supplemental, and herbal regimens to meet the needs of unique individuals to help them avoid the pitfalls and common failures of cookie-cutter approaches to dietary management.

Applied Kinesiology (AK)

Muscles lacking sufficient neurological stimulation are identified, and an attempt is then made to determine why that muscle is not functioning properly. Dr. Sutton has completed extensive training in advanced AK techniques.

Athletic Injuries

Dr. Sutton has pursued both conventional study as well as AK-focused approaches to problems afflicting the athlete. The ability to specifically evaluate and correct how an athlete’s muscles function around an injured area makes AK an incredibly powerful tool in both prevention and management of athletic injuries.
